The inalienable right of return is still denied by Israel despite UN resolution 194. 2. I have an idea to be discussed in the conference: A Palestinian ID for all Palestinians anywhere in the world. The ID is like any official ID. Moreover, it indicates the location of the person (or parents, grandparents, …) before 1948 and after 1948 until now. Then, all Palestinians will be able to vote, elect and decide how they want to get all of their rights.
